Special Motor LD Series for Injection Molding Machine

Structure principle

The plunger cylinder, which is pressurized with oil, is acted on by hydraulic pressure to generate thrust P on the plunger body. The thrust acts on the center of the crankshaft through the connecting rod, causing the output shaft to rotate, and the oil distribution plate rotates along with it. When the position of the plunger body reaches the bottom dead center, the plunger cylinder is connected to the oil return port by the oil distribution plate. The plunger is pushed up by the crankshaft. At this time, the hydraulic oil after the work is returned to the oil tank through the oil distribution pan. Each plunger body is connected with high and low pressure oil in turn, and the driving torque generated by each plunger body to the center of the output shaft is added in the same direction, so that the motor output shaft obtains a continuous and stable rotation torque. When the direction of oil flow is changed, the direction of rotation of the motor can be changed. If the oil distribution plate is rotated by 180°, the motor can also be reversed.

Its main features

1:Static pressure balance structure between shaft joint and connecting rod, thereby, it well smoothes the fiction joint and releases shaft pressure.

2:Because of the decrease of the fiction work and heat loss, mechanical and starting efficiency increase, the work pressure of motor also improves.

3:The shaft of this series employs fission structure to prolong motor life.

4:All the key parts of this series use special material and employ special heat treatment, therefore, efficiently prolong motor life.

5:As the dimension and performance data of this series are the same as HMB series of KAWASAKI-STAFFA Company, it could replace HMB directly.

Notes

Besides those mentioned in the LD series, please also note that:

Because this series employs static pressure balance structure, the motor leakage increase accordingly. When connect drain port from outside, the inner diameter should not less than 12mm, otherwise will damage the shaft seal. Also, when connect the tie-in of the drain port, do not screw in too much.

Product overview

GM series hydraulic motor is a new type of product of our company, which is based on years practical experience. The design is improved in the foundation on the original technologies. GM hydraulic motor mainly has the following characteristics:

As the piston and the tilt cylinder have no side force ,the piston bottom is designed to be static pressure balance. The torsional force is transferring between the piston and the crankshaft through rolling bearing, so the friction loss during the transferring process of force is reduced. Therefore, GM series hydraulic motor has such features as: very high mechanical efficiency and comparatively high startup torque (mechanical efficiency of over 0.92 during startup).

The plane distributor (patented technology)is simple and reliable with perfect seal performance and almost no leakage. The plastic piston ring is used to seal between the piston and the tilt cylinder, so it has very high volumetric efficiency (can be as high as 0.98).

As the structure of this product has reduced friction loss and enhanced the seal performance, the product has perfect stability at low speed. It can stably run at 10r/min working condition and has big speed regulation range.

As the piston is jointed closely with bearing bushing without any clearance, this series of hydraulic motor can run at pump working condition.

This series of hydraulic motor has high pressure, (the highest pressure can reach 31.5 Mpa) light weight, small bulk and high specific power.

As this series hydraulic motor has simple structure, reasonable design and adopts bearing with big load ability, it can work reliably and has long life and low noise; the transmission shaft allows endure radial load and the rotational direction is reversible.

The static braking torque of the brake is compatible with the input torque of the equipped hydraulic motor (generally greater than 1.5 times).
