MSCP series Swing-arm robot is applicable to all types of  horizontal injection machine of 30T~300T for take-out  products and sprues. It has ranges of model  MSCP06ISS0P0 and MSCW06ISS0P0, with two types of  arms, single stage and telescopic type. The single function  is to clamp products, and the full function is to take-out  products and sprues. Swing arm robot with one axis servo  ranges of  model MSCP06ISS0P0, MSCP07ISS1P0,  MSCW06ISS0P0. After installed this robot, the productivity  will be increased 10~30%, reduce defective rate, ensure  safety of operators, reduce manpower and accurately  control the output to reduce waste.

MSCB06/07 Series is applicable to all types of  horizontal injection machine ranges of 30T~200T for  take-out products and sprues. Vertical arm is single  type, with product arm and runner arm two types,  suitable for two plate or three plate mold products  take out. Traverse axis driven by AC servo motor.  After installed this robot, the productivity will be  increased 10~30%, reduce defective rate, ensure  safety of operators, reduce manpower and accurately  control the output to reduce waste.

MSCG08/10WSS3/S5 MSCG12WDS5 PC/FC Series is

applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine  ranges of 120T~500T for take-out products and sprues.  Vertical arm is telescopic type, suitable for two plate mold  products take out. Traverse axis and vertical axis driven  by AC servo motor. After installed this robot, the  productivity will be increased 10~30%, reduce defective  rate, ensure safety of operators, reduce manpower and  accurately control the output to reduce

MSCR Series is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine  ranges of 100T~250T for take-out products and sprues. Vertical arm is  single stage. With types of three-axis and five-axis driven by AC servo  motor. Products take-out at super high-speed (1sec.) and dry cycle time  within 6seconds， applicable to take-out products with short forming  cycle or complex automatic. Also with the function of mold labeling and  mold inserting.

HC three-axis/five axis CANOPEN connecting way:

Less connecting line, long distance communication, good expansibility,  strong anti-interference ability, high repeat precision, can  simultaneously control multi axis, simple equipment maintenance, low  failure rate.

MSCN Series is applicable to all types of horizontal injection  machine ranges of 650T-3200T for take-out products and sprues,  Three-axis driven by AC servo motor, take-out at super high-speed  at most 2.5sec. Easy for E-O-A-T adjustment, long using life and  low failure rate, applicable to take-out products with short forming  cycle or complex automatic, such as auto products, washing  machine and household appliance products take-out.
